| Othmar Schwank, on behalf of FOEN and SDC, represented Switzerland in the Consultative Group of Experts (CGE) on non-Annex I National Communications (reports on GHG emissions and climate policy by developing countries) under UNFCCC. Mandates 2000 - 2007 and 2010 - 2012. Focus of advise was on evidence based climate trend analysis, assessment of the vulnerability of economic, social and environmental systems to the impact of a changing climate and development of adaptation policies / measures. Review of projects submitted for financial support. |
